Not only did the staff efficiently resolve a minor issue with a faulty toilet by swiftly changing my room, but they did so with a genuine concern for my comfort, showcasing a level of service rarely seen. the room itself was a haven of tranquility, tastefully decorated with a minimalist aesthetic that exuded luxury. the presence of an electric kettle in the room was a thoughtful touch, allowing me to savor a soothing cup of tea while admiring the serene surroundings. the flat-screen TV provided a perfect balance of entertainment and relaxation, offering a welcome respite after a day of exploration in the vibrant neighborhood surrounding the hotel. My experience at Ala Hotel surpassed all expectations, leaving me eager to return and indulge in its exceptional hospitality once again.
